The tote on the left (below) was my attempt to sew something that looks like it’s been crocheted. I sewed strips to a backing; round and round I went! Great way to use up scraps. (It woulda been easier to crochet it, though!) "

The tote below is from Susan's own pattern "Basketball Tote" which - as the name suggests- was designed around a basketball:
I love the way both of these totes look- both the styles and colour combinations. The top "crochet look" scrap tote reminds me of a landscape and the "Basketball tote" has a fun, springtime feel to it . Both definitely are portable artworks to me!
